Rates:

$90.00 per night

$400.00 per week

Policies:

- Your full payment will be processed at the time of reservation.   

- All rentals subject to 10.4% state and local tax.

- When you arrive to the property, please drive around to the North side of the building.

-A packet will await you on the step of the studio.

- Check in after 3:00 PM; please let us know if you will be arriving after dark.

-2 night minimum stay required (inquire for exceptions).

- Rates are based on the "real bed" occupancy. We charge $15/night per person for additional guests.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee
